A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We will migrate your site(s) to our enterprise–level cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost information and unwanted network downtime. That is the reason why we’ll do all that for you for free!We’ve got highly proficient administrators whose principal assignment is to make certain that your site functions precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, because there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to move your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the website content is not large).

A: Yep. We will need to have the name of the web site that you wish us to migrate. We’ll also need a way to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your web site.

A: Before we can start the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share practically the same details you have provided to your previous web host. We’ve also got a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate data is dealt with.

A: While we migrate your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. When the migration is completed, we’ll make certain that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your data is not affected before telling you that the transfer is completed. Then we’ll explain to you how to transfer the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to edit the DNS records.

A: While we transfer your website content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: We can transfer your website from any web hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform on condition that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only sites that we’re unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
